We’re so excited for you to receive your order. Please review the information below regarding processing, shipping, and delivery timelines.
Processing Times
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 2–4 business days before shipment.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are typically processed within 7–10 business days before shipment.
Please note that processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before it is shipped. This does not include transit time.
Business Days
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s transit times. Typically, this is 3-5 business days. We always send you a tracking confirmation!
Please note that shipping timeframes may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s delivery status.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Combined Orders
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, your order may be held and shipped together once all items are ready.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ship all orders within the stated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, holidays, high order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been handed over to the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
